This is a question Off Topic

Are you a QOTWer? Do you want to start a thread that isn't a direct answer to the current QOTW? Then this place, gentle poster, is your friend.

So, I've just been reading over the other thread a bit.
What am I, as a /talk regular, supposed to do in order to fit in here, at Off Topic?

What will make her experience better?

See, I'm asking for help.

You're here quite a lot as well as /talk.
I don't really think you can do anything. She tends to ignore OT/QOTW regulars if we post stupid stuff, but when /talk people do it, she gets cross.

I'm actually not on either much at all as of late
but, really, I just don't understand all this cliquey nonsense of what each board is supposed to be

besides, people can point the finger all they want and call /talkers cunts, but guess what, they're just as cuntish too
but it's okay for them to be cunts because they're just defending their board

rubbish nonsense

I think she is

(, Fri 5 Jun 2009, 15:54, Reply)
not entirely sure
I can only point out the main differences, which include generally longer posts and replies, (with more line breaks) and less instinctive abuse of each other.

however, I think it's a temporary thing. it's not like it's the same every day
