Sell it to a mechanic
With a welded steel A-frame it'd be perfect for hoisting engines.

Edit: three-phase, though. Not sure many mechanics use three-phase.

This one is, luckily, 240v single phase
Need's a 32 amp supply though. I'm tempted to put it in my garage for lifting things in and out of the loft.
