See that is a good ideabut I do worry about becoming too dependant on those sorts of things, I'd end up developing an OCD.
Since I've moved to London I think I've had two proper colds, I think the 'London filth' does wonders for a persons immune system, well, it does for mine anyway! Hehe

AbsolutelyMaybe it's a lack of pollen to get up your nose as well. But I reckon the black bogies bung you up and stop anything else coming out your nostrils.
