There was a link on /links some time backto the blog (I think) of a disturbed young woman who wanted her womb and cervix to be full of nasty things because she got off on it. She went to a skip and shoved maggots and rotting meat inside herself - the blog also said she'd orgasmed at all this...anyway, the upshot was that she ended up with infections and...oh dear god, I wish I'd not remembered all of this, it was nasty.
