It really was such a simple thing to desire...A duvet cover.
This is the brown version of what I bought....mine is blues and browns:
Since the new house was built in the 1970s and still has all the original cabinetry, hardware, woodwork (including paneling...aggg), I'm redecorating everything retro. This duvet is PERFECT and I love it!
Not only that, but it is regular price around $80...I paid $20 at TJ Maxx! Woot!
*sigh*
Edit: my kids got some new sheets too but I'm not nearly as excited about that. Their room is hot pink...blerg.

I'm sure that's a lovely style for you and would suite your room perfectly, I do hope you get pleasure out of it. It's just not my cup of tea though, no offence, great times had by all, just forum banter.
