I did a similar thingMy back tattoo was a reward for a) losing 3.5 stone and b) getting over a bad break up from 2005. Got inked in January this year and it's awesome. It fucking hurt to fuck and back, but every bit of pain, blood and itching was worth it, as well as the £200 it cost to do.
In the grand old tradition of "pictures or it didn't happen" and given that none of you have met me (I'm relatively new) I'll try and post one tonight.
