I got The Hummingbird Bakery book t'other dayand just made Black-Bottom cupcakes, which are cheesecakey and chocolaty. Only made nine out of a recipe for 12 as I didn't have enough cup-cases (plenty of muffins though) and they are HUUUUGE.
They're for the sister to take home, though. I hope I get to keep one :(
