if the email is formal, from a company, it should have a disclaimer at the bottom
which states that if sent to you in error, it should be reported back to them immediately. This kind of helps nips things in the bud should a problem arise later. If you respond quickly enough, they don't think you've been holding out on them should something happen further down the line. In doing this, you can also give them the guys real email address.
As long as you don't publish or reproduce the email for public view or profit, you're safe otherwise.
