It is something that should be taken seriously because about 50% of children that would fit the criteria for ODD will develop conduct disorder if left untreated.

It's a medical definition for a badly behaved child with associated therapies for changing this behaviour. I expect that cunting them in the fuck would more than likely make things worse as coercion is a poor way of enacting the kinds of changes desired. Treating it like an illness rather than a disorder is just as bad.

I might look this up in my textbooks at home as the info I've found on the net is a bit crap.
