Stan Boardman used to fancy my mother.We used to live in a pub when I was a teenager and he would turn up to do a show before he was very famous. My mother being German would get the whole 'I hate the Geeeermans' banter.
Edit - Just remembered that my mum nearly went to one of the Nolan sisters wedding.
