I'd hate it! Am going to talk to my boss this week
about swapping from 10-6 back to 9-5 since we're no longer backlogged or snowed under and the evenings are longer and flatmate is no longer on nights.

Did they swap the times due to recession and lack of staff?
I'm finding it hard just to find work experience if not anything else. it's so bloody akward

That sounds crap :(
Nothing like that though - we were very backlogged after the Tunnel fire getting 200 letters a day so as my colleague works 8-4 it was suggested I do 10-6 to get as much done in a day as possible. In addition my then-boyfriend was working nights so it was suggested that I could spend more time with him in the morning that way.
