Who's still up at this time on a Sunday?
And when do Sunday nights ever stop feeling like homework night?
(, Sun 5 Jul 2009, 23:10, 22 replies, latest was 16 years ago)
Me.
Slept 12 hours last night so I'll be up a while yet.

I slept in till 12.50
but was then rudely awoken by my chavtastic neighbour trying to beat in his own front door. Neighbour called the rozzers on him and it's been quiet ever since. Want to get him evicted.

you should get it tomorrow
Still haven't watched all of Jin-Roh yet so you may get that, may not.

Watched Elfen lied and found it to be a bit 'meh' to be honest

Eh, it's not for everyone.
I made Pot download it and he seems to be liking it so far... we nyuu at each other.

Will await package with baited breath since I've told flatmate it's coming...

Hey more people that have watched Elfien Lied..awesome
i watched just last week, and i guess people go for the gore more then anything, but the english dub is just really crap :(

there was only a few decent actors in there that made an effort

but if i can suggest a series: Black Lagoon

I had a snooze this afternoon so will be up for a little while yet
Was there anybody so anally-retentive in their youth that they wonder when will Friday nights stop feeling like homework night?
(, Sun 5 Jul 2009, 23:25, Reply)
Friday night still feels like "watch Friends in your pyjamas night".

(, Sun 5 Jul 2009, 23:34, Reply)

Playing Dungeon Siege 2
Very sad.
(, Sun 5 Jul 2009, 23:53, Reply)
Was playing Saints Row 2 earlier
but got incredibly pissed off with it very quickly so not sure if I'll give it much action...

I got another hour left of my shift then I can fuck RIGHT off and go home.
Where I'm hoping I'll crash straight out to sleep and be super-productive for the week, so I can make my millions.

Poor Gonz - lates suck.
Am not looking forward to going to work tomorrow although come Friday I can switch Out of Office on for an entire week *glads*
(, Mon 6 Jul 2009, 0:17, Reply)
I'm gonna be honest, I don't hate it.
I bitch'n'moan like everyone else, the money is just shy of fuck all, but I get to feel superior about myself every time I come home.
(, Mon 6 Jul 2009, 0:21, Reply)
I'd hate it! Am going to talk to my boss this week
about swapping from 10-6 back to 9-5 since we're no longer backlogged or snowed under and the evenings are longer and flatmate is no longer on nights.
(, Mon 6 Jul 2009, 0:32, Reply)
Did they swap the times due to recession and lack of staff?
I'm finding it hard just to find work experience if not anything else. it's so bloody akward

/mini-rant

That sounds crap :(
Nothing like that though - we were very backlogged after the Tunnel fire getting 200 letters a day so as my colleague works 8-4 it was suggested I do 10-6 to get as much done in a day as possible. In addition my then-boyfriend was working nights so it was suggested that I could spend more time with him in the morning that way.

Sunday nights were never homework nights
That was what the busjourneys were for on Monday mornings.

BTW: A long-term mixture of unemployment and freelancing can also b0rk your perception on whether or not it's a weekend.
(, Mon 6 Jul 2009, 0:31, Reply)
I got driven to school
and from the ages of 8-16 my mum stood over me and made sure I did my homework so doing it on the bus was not allowed :(
(, Mon 6 Jul 2009, 0:33, Reply)
I'm still up, stupidly!
For myself Sunday never felt like homework night, usually because I never did my homework in the end.
(, Mon 6 Jul 2009, 2:23, Reply)
and finally off to bed
as I should have done 3 hours ago
