IndeedAnd actually before you resort to cutting back to doing just what's in your job description I'd start applying for other jobs and using your current boss as a reference but ask companies you're applying to only to contact your boss after an interview. Could be a nice way to kick your boss up the arse. (Credit to CHCB for that idea)
