need a new car
Got 10K. Got a baby, and a wife. I like a big boot. What car should I get. Would like some mod-cons, mainly an aux port on the stereo, and decent cup holders. Thats about it. I would consider a mondeo. What do you think? If it helps, I will also, erm, probably paint a cock on the side.

Actually, they're pretty good. They're cheap to fix and do very well in the reliability surveys these days. 10k will get you a new shape Mondeo or a Passat, which isn't too bad either.

You can get a Jag XJR
for about 10k in good condition. 370BHP supercharged V8, massive boot, loads of toys, exceptionally comfortable and safe and fast as fuck.

Downsides? It will drink petrol faster than a petrol fire.
