Faq says it's not open source, although there's a link to something similar.

I'd love to steal this code, it's perfect for what I want to do on my site too.

I use that word loosely of course
It's a good, simple, solid system without all the bells and whistles, which I like. Minimalist, functional and all that. Like what the web used to be before they built all these housing estates.
