For the record,
I had a diet coke followed by a roast turkey dinner. No activity as yet .... Should my bowels fail to produce the requisite length of dirty spine then it'll roll over to tomorrow.

I agree, baking it could affect the hue of the poo but which colour will out?

Pics can be provided but I feel uneasy about posting scat and have a fear that the water will distort the true tone of the chod.
