Cut some small slivers of garlic, maybe get a couple sprigs of rosemary if you want, make small slits in the chicken and push them in.
Alternatively, joint it up use it in a curry

and lots of garlic. I like this idea.
As for curry - I've got a ton of it in my freezer as I always make too much and freeze it for future usage.
