I'm the same.
Even Italian football annoys me because it's not as quick as the English game.
I like F1, football, ice-hockey and tennis.

Ah see, I'm not the only one...
Anything where there is speed, shouting and bashing keeps me entertained. I now understand why I was so violent at hockey, no one should have ever given me a stick! :(

Oh yes, hockey at school...
with the PE teacher shouting, 'Clendrix, we do not raise our sticks above waist height.'

Hahahaha
I got that too... my audible response was usually 'yes miss' but uttered under my breath was usually the word 'bollocks'.

We played against boys, they didn't understand the concept of 'don't twat the ball at peoples heads', you had to play dirty! Mwah ha haaaa!

Italian football sucks balls
Loving your other sporting choises too!

I know a couple of Italian guys who are adament that the Italian way is far superior and get really excited when a team has been passing the ball around the defence for 20 minutes... "look at the way the keep the ball, see this is a more sophisticated football" Balls to that! Give me fast and furious anytime (ooh matron)

I much prefer the
'Shit, it's the ball - hoof it away!' approach. More fun and less poncing around.
