Every so often
you get told a tip, or a mnemonic and it really does plant itself deep in your brain. When I saw that thing in last week's newsletter about how to open a banana properly, I went out and bought some to test it out. By christ it works, and it's one of those tips that is now almost hardwired into my cortex. Everyone who sees me do it asks me what I'm doing and I explain. I've not had a single person complain that it's not better.

Funnily enough
I've always opened bananas that way. Can't remember anyone ever showing me it. Maybe it's in the DNA somewhere!
