I do duck legs with honey, curry and mustard sauce.
Really sticky, crispy skin, with juicy insides.

The only way I don't like it is when you get mouth fulls of fat.
You have to empty the roasting tin every 15 minuites when cooking, and leaving it to rest can do wonders.
