Stealing clicky pencils is just low
When I'm off for any time I always lock my desk drawer to prevent that sort of thing. Of course that doesn't work if I'll ill, because usually that comes on without warning.

I'm tempted to send out an email, but there are only really a few people who are likely to have been to my desk and I've asked two of them already and they deny all knowledge.
