technically my weekend began thursday
but I won't tell you how that night ended with me picking up a fit 18 year old guy because then you'll call me a paedo or something
Friday I went out with friends and watched The Ugly Truth then went dancing and on saturday I went to an MMA match and watched men beat the shit out of eachother. And I saw a fighter cry because he lost. Sad times.

2) Build stamina
3) Burn calories
4) Become more relaxed and stress free
