or at least it feels like it! It's not as bad as it used to be, maybe about 20 a day including comebacks and we divide them between the team but loads of people are on annual leave so we're not meeting our targets...

He didn't have a leg to stand on, and we politely told him so after he emailed us every hour on the hour...
