I reckon he'd be better off
getting a sweetie one. Though every time he bit one of them off, the elastic would ping her and she might get a bit fed up of that after 248 times.

This is also very true
Those candy sweeties are difficult enough to eat when they're just a necklace. Many was the time as a wee flim-flam I pinged myself in the face! :(
