No shame in it so long as you do your own laundry, cook for yourself and have plans to move out again as soon as your back on your feet again.
I moved back home for a few months a few years ago and it would have been way too easy to let my parents do everything for me, but I refused as I knew that it would be a long time til I moved out again.

I eat the dinners she cooks but take care of my own lunch and breakfast
I do my own laundry, help with their laundry, clean up around the house and pay $100 a week.
