Odd coincidences
Discussing Withnail and I this evening, in particular, the spectacular Jaguar that's driven by the Paul McGann and Richard E. Grant...

I haul ass to Kings cross to get the tube back to mine and who's first out of the carriage...PAUL MOTHERFUCKING MCGANN. Sadly I didn't get a chance to even say hello or I fucking loved you in a film you made 20 odd years ago, but just beamed at him through my drunken haze. He smiled back looking a little bemused :) MADE MY FUCKING NIGHT.

Was a very underrated Doctor Who IHMO.

Sounds like you had a good night :)

He was, he really was. That was a great film he did and he still had his long hair and everything
I don't even like Dr Who, but he was good to perv on in it :)

Twas good thanks, minibash road trip and regular minibash later. I fear I am a little drunk though because there's lot sof wavy red lines on this and my original post took a long long time to correct, so I'm going to go to bed.

Half-human Time Lord - what was all that about?

We just gloss over that bit...
The film was a bit meh though. Some good bits but the plot made no sense whatsoever towards the end.

This does not have as many replies as it deserves.
So here is another one.

(And I agree with Davros too. Paul was the only Dr that I actually liked until David)

He was also fantastic in The Monocled Mutineer
And I have been feeling very ill this morning.

Never again will I mix four glasses of wine and a cheese and onion baguette.
