My wife had her account frozen by paypal
Due to some scrote accessing it and making fraudulent purchases (one of which was picked up by Paypal and the account frozen). However, once it had been cleared up the account and money it contained was still unaccessible as the password stage always came up with 'page error'.
I spoke to several foreign people on the phone all called 'david', 'cecil' etc with no joy.
Then I got hold of the personal email of one of the head men in the main office in Ireland. Problem sorted in a matter of a day. Very nice man, arranged to phone us back at a time of our convenience, kept his promises, and a shame Paypal does not train all their so called 'customer support' people to be like him.
