That is the most horrible thing ever.
And the act that made our dog go from being perfectly happy to go to the vet, to absolutely fucking terrified.

It is one of the most disgusting things I've ever done, but so satisfying as you feel the nubbin roll around in your fingertips and then burst out onto the cotton wool.
