I would kill
for ANY kind of electric storm.

The heat here is bloody unbearable - between 30 and 40 degrees most days. The storms are quite spectacular here - they come in off the Mediterranean and sound like cannon fire - and that's the quiet ones. Luckily for me - next week is the rainy week (tradition says it always rains on the "national" holiday week)

Barcelona is so cool. i've only been 4 times but managed to get away from the touristy stuff...
it's a great city to just walk around, eating and drinking as you go. living off tapas!
i've only ever been on holiday, but i am no tourist.

unfortunately the storm was more like a wet fart than anything else - full of build-up, then embarrassingly short and wet
