I'm 25 and am starting tomake 'eeeep' noises when I bend down to pick something up. This could be because I'm getting old or it could be because I've taken to wearing stupidly high shoes so I have to bend further??? I'm not sure!?!

It's the stupidly high shoes.Bad for the feet too, y'know. You should wear comfortable, sensible shoes. With steel toe caps, to keep Tightly in line...

HahahaThey are probably bad for my feet, I blame office girls, they are bad influences, I never cared about shoes until I worked in an office with women! Curses!!
