I do like a goodShiraz Voignier.
Voignier is one of two white wine grapes robust enough to stand up to a curry. Pairing it with Shiraz tends to kick ass.

Yalumba-The Y Series Shiraz/Viognier 2006.Got it at Majestic (minimum now 6 Bottles instead of 12) about a year and a half ago.
it has kkept lovely well and tastey.
