So I'm now trying to bore this baby out
by watching daytime TV, but it's only making my brain melt.
Why is daytime TV so unutterably dreary? Although it's not much better in the evenings, to be honest.

I'm just wondering what else I can do with my day that doesn't involve moving or thinking.

In other news, I saw two rats by the river yesterday, which was hugely exciting. One ran over my foot! Anyone got more interesting vermin/water related stories than that?

yup
dyno rod has been contemplated. hopefully the midwife will give me good news next week and tell me baby's on the way; if not, expect a serious melt down in the east Herts area. I keep prodding the bump quite hard to make baby less comfortable, but mr VC reckons he'll just be born all bruised and narky.
