if he's not out by the end of next week
I'll be hacking at my own abdomen with a pointy knife I think.
however, after nearly 10 months of carrying the little sod around, and putting far more energy than I wanted to into making him grow, I think I'll maybe not throw him at a bus once he's here. But he'll be getting a stern talking to, let me tell you.

Trust me, those first few weeks are a bit of a nightmare
if you're not tempted to throw it at some point, there's something wrong with you

Yep, but there's a fine line
Once, when my daughter was a couple of weeks old and wouldn't stop crying I was very tempted to 'drop' her down the stairs.

Glad I didn't now though, she's old enough to reach the kettle
