Woo hoo, I love skeleton keys!
I've been looking on Etsy and found a massive skeleton key that I really really want.
I'd show you but one of you cunts might snatch it up and then I'd have to kill you.

What do you collect?
Other than body parts in your freezer.

(, Thu 1 Oct 2009, 16:27, Reply)
weird
I watched the episode of friends where rachel names her baby Emma the other day. they are all amazed by it and I was sat thinking "that's quite an ordinary name"

weirdest names of people I know are probably Mercedes (and her bro Jefferson, but think they are of texan descent), Vida, and Gabriel.
(, Thu 1 Oct 2009, 16:24, Reply)
you watched WHAT?
Shame on you.
(, Thu 1 Oct 2009, 16:40, Reply)
sorry, did I say I watched?
ahem...my girlfriend watched this episode of friends while I was in the room, doing manly things, like drilling holes and sawing wood.

better?
(, Thu 1 Oct 2009, 16:42, Reply)
I collect things like
this
(, Thu 1 Oct 2009, 16:07, Reply)
why would you want to ruin it with that frilly crap

(, Thu 1 Oct 2009, 16:09, Reply)
it's for opening special locks
in fact I wouldn't. I was just trying to take a guess at the one you had found.

I failed :-(
(, Thu 1 Oct 2009, 16:10, Reply)
that's ugly :(
it's this that I want
(, Thu 1 Oct 2009, 16:13, Reply)
ignoring the crap all over the one I linked, they aren't that different
as reasonably pointless items go though, the one you linked is quite nice.
(, Thu 1 Oct 2009, 16:14, Reply)
yeah I know I know
but I like both and for the price of the one you linked I could buy three of the same without the frills
OH HOW I LOVE SKELETON KEYS!
I have four brass ones with gorgeous designs.
PLUS Tiffany & Co has released a collection of skeleton keys that go on necklaces OH HOW I WANT ONE!
(, Thu 1 Oct 2009, 16:18, Reply)
I didn't look at the price
so what you say is perfectly sensible

I don't think I collect anything really. I'll have to say guitars, but I only have 3 and a bass. and a mandolin.

I want more though, so that probably does count
(, Thu 1 Oct 2009, 16:19, Reply)
I think it should count if you have more than two.
But guitars are expensive so I think you've got a good sized collection.
(, Thu 1 Oct 2009, 16:22, Reply)
awesome
it is about 2.5 grands worth, so I guess it does count as a fairly solid collection
(, Thu 1 Oct 2009, 16:26, Reply)
I HAVE A KEY LIKE THAT!
My house is really old. The cupboard on the landing has the original old door and key (I think it used to be where they kept coal.)
I was amazed when I saw it, and the fact that it still works and is in use.
(, Thu 1 Oct 2009, 16:23, Reply)
uugghhh *jealouses*

PLASTIC CROWS
I have two so far. I intend to acquire more.
(, Thu 1 Oct 2009, 16:28, Reply)
Good boy.
We have one in the garden, and a fibreglass pig up the stairs.

I don't have any oddities in my room, apart from the huge mound of brightly coloured clothes in the middle...
(, Thu 1 Oct 2009, 19:17, Reply)
loads of things
I have over 3000 records, about 30 pairs of trainers, millions of films....

My brother collects Victorian midget postcards and books on serial killers. Nice.
(, Thu 1 Oct 2009, 16:42, Reply)
is your brother Kaol?

(, Thu 1 Oct 2009, 16:44, Reply)
I'm pretty sure he's not
because that would mean my brother and I shared the same christian name.
(, Thu 1 Oct 2009, 17:47, Reply)
probably not then
as a member of the club I'd like to congratulate you on having a great first name.
(, Thu 1 Oct 2009, 19:06, Reply)
