I've been going out running the past 6 weeks or so plus football and everything.
But come 10pm I always get really hungry. Normally something like a cheese and tomato sandwich, or some sardines on toast almost qualifies as being reasonably healthy for a late supper. But last night I had a Rustlers Burger. It was horrible but hit the spot :(

is that it makes you doubly hungry. Bit of a downside if the reason you're doing it is because you like eating too much.
I know this to be true.
