I can lend a hammer
iPhone is NOT acceptable for enteprise work. Thankfully, I have a pretty big influence in what my work uses... Nokia, Blackberry (well, RIM) - yes. iPhone, not a chance in hell. No matter which middle manager has one on his personal contract.

It's not hammertime.
For some reason, they fascinate me o.O and I want to play with it. My boss is currently very attached to his Blackberry (and gets upset if we hide it) but they don't hold the same interest for me.

They have some nifty tools
Remote wipe without having to pay a stupid premium to Apple for the service is a big factor. The iPhone encryption is pretty shoddy as well, and although the risk is stupidly small and probably nobody could find anything that could seriously damage us on the phone, it's not a risk we'd like to take.

Edit - also, not having to worry about people buying apps and music using the company iTunes account, even though we could track it, would be rather nice as well.

A shame - you could giggle at people's musical preferences!
Like if someone buys Rick Astley's Greatest Hits.
