It is either going to beridiculously easy or monumentally stressful, mine unfortunately was the latter due to the BPHA being involved (incidentally i'm still not paying gas & electricity yet as all the meters in the block are apparently wrong but hey ho) but am chuffed to bits to have my own abode.
