this is exactly what happened to mehowever I was also fat. I was still fat when I had short hair though, and that didn't stop me getting some action.

at uni I started the smoke-yourself-thin dietit's been ongoing. I'm actually officially within the normal weight for my height category now. I feel like I've been so successful I should write my memoirs.
