Am I wrong to be pissed off about this?
The place I work Organised a Christmas do for the team and said it would be £35 a head. Now I couldn't afford to pay £70 for my wife and I to go plus babysitter and taxis so I declined as did several others. Today the boss said Oh as only about half the team are going to it that work will stump up and pay for it. So the people who really can't afford it get told tough luck whilst the people that could afford it get it for free.

I once had a job that I hated so much, I didn't drink a drop at any works related event.
Otherwise I would have called the office manager a cunt and told the director to shut the fuck up about cricket, I would have also called all the financial advisors "blood sucking cuntbadgers".

I lasted 5 months.
