Is it above your eyebrows?
Have it just resting on them. It makes you look younger and makes your eyes look bigger.
*has a fringe and sometimes gets it cut too short, then looks older and smaller-eyed*

Above my eyebrows but it doesn't look too bad if I use straighteners on it.
It just looks badly cut, which it was.

Then get someone else to cut it into the right place.
