I do!You can buy a little mini-amp thing that clips on to your belt then you plug your headphones into that.
They used to be supplied with Encore electric guitars many years ago.

JHS Rock box as I recalllI had one ,as I was a shit guitar player,and was too embarrassed to let people hear it.Not much has changed .
