i was a bawhair
away from interviewing 'John', after a dare by none other than Aphex Twin himself, whao had sent me a copy of the John's Not Mad docu, which we had both seen when it was broadcast. I contacted John through the tourettes society and they invited me to meet with John...but i had no reason at all to be interviewing him other than an internet lolz, so i made my excuses and left.

John is a living LEGEND, did you see that follow up docu a few months back...funny as fuck, and it appeared as though he was now using his 'tourettes' to shout any abuse he felt like. best line by far was johns fellow sufferer and friend shouting at a female interviewer

"YOUR DUGS GOT TITS"

and john replies

"GHEE THEM A SOOK"

That second documentary was fucking MAGIC. The dog/tits one was good - but what had me literally weeping with laughter was 'CHOPPER'S DYED HIS PUBES GINGER'.

i totally forgot about that bit, did Chopper then not accuse John of watching gay porno's at that point? No, I think John was then saying something about 'falling in love with someone', to which Chopper piped up, 'Aye, another gay man".... Never a dull moment with those two, ah tell ye.

i had ideas of sampling the best bits and mashing them into some sort of breakcore mash-up....maybe one day :)
