I find its best to take a day off if your feeling even a little unwell.The rest nips the illness in the bud. going in makes you worse so you'll need more time off later.

My boss told me I should have taken yesterday offas it came on over the weekend (probably from how cold the weather's got and the fact I refuse to stop wearing my thin silk corset coat). Now I think I've pushed it a bit :(
