I had a sick day due to a car crash and felt guilty for letting others down.

I was more worried that as I was meant to be doing bank transfers
me being in a state where I feel shit would do more harm than good and I'd make a lot more mistakes, so better to have me off when I'm not at my best. I'll see how I feel tomorrow.
