is better on the griddle. I've done kebabs on there dozens of times and they're superb. Courgettes thinly sliced lengthways and brushed with oil are amazing too, as is halloumi.

think I'm getting a square pan, so might need to invest in some of the bendy kebab skewers so I can cram plenty of meat on it.
