It is a rash and sweeping thoughtI don't think that any person who has a trial where intelligence communities are involved will get a fair one! It's the nature of keeping secrets - people will want it kept a secret, so will do what they can to keep it a secret.
It's not based on any fact or research, this is just my opinion.
