I wanted the cell to be the result of one cell subtracted from the one next to it
No more, no less.
God bless me. I didn't want to ask anyone. I've asked too many silly Excel questions recently. Bloke only told me about 'paste special' two months ago :(

I used to know how to do some really fancy things in Excel
but my memory has failed me as I haven't done them for YEARS now! :(
