You're forgetting Fanny & Johnny CraddockOne of my brother's friends was their carer in their final days - when she went to their house for the first time, there was a god-awful stench in the front hall. Some investigating later, it became apparent that the smell was coming from a large number of carrier bags all over the place, that were filled with the (now totally senile) Fanny's shit.
What a brilliant story, eh?
