I've been at it so long (early teens)
the dividing line between my identity and my behaviour is very much blurred. I genuinely woudldn't know what to do with myself without my 'hobbies'...

I was the same, really.
Going back to basics, being around my family a lot, helped me.
I'm not saying you need help, by the way...just that I did :)
