It leaves me with around 70k equityI'm using it primarily to clear debts and I need some putting aside for a new roof. However I would be a big fat liar if I didn't admit that I'll be treating myself a bit. I don't think it's cool and hard, it IS to a certain extent retarded, but there you go.
